Xpress Glass offers windshield replacement — a service most drivers treat as an unwanted expense rather than a choice. To reframe this constraint, the brand built a gift card reimbursement mechanic: every windshield replacement earns an Amazon gift card. The creative challenge was making this mechanism feel visible and desirable on social media, in a category where communication typically consists of percentage discounts and phone numbers.
Approach
The central concept is visual before verbal: a shattered windshield whose fractures trace the Amazon smile logo — recognisable in a split second, even without text. The colour palette plays on police emergency lights (alternating red and blue), which dramatise the scene without making it feel alarming, and subtly evoke the idea of a crime scene around the broken glass. Euro banknotes float through the frame, physically materialising the commercial promise. The tagline « ON VOUS PAYE POUR CHANGER VOTRE PARE-BRISE » — we pay you to change your windshield — lands in superimposition, clear and direct. The whole image works in two beats: the visual hooks, the text resolves. AI generation via Higgsfield made it possible to build this composite scene with photographic precision that traditional studio work could not achieve on this timeline.
Outcome
The visual reverses the usual relationship to windshield replacement: it stops being an expense and becomes an opportunity. The visual recognition of the Amazon smile logo in the cracks creates a memorable double-take in the social feed.
