The role

You own the edit end-to-end on the production team: footage selection, narration, sound design, light color grading, multi-format export. You ship 8 to 15 short-form videos per week for a portfolio of B2C and DTC brands, in a subscription editorial cadence.

Responsibilities

  • Edit 8 to 15 short-form videos per week (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
  • Work on Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve depending on project pipeline.
  • Sync sound design, voice-over and dynamic captions.
  • Calibrate consistent color grading on-brand.
  • Export multi-format (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) ready to publish.
  • Iterate on client feedback within 24 working hours.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of short-form / vertical editing experience (portfolio required).
  • Strong command of Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve (proxy workflow).
  • Sense of pacing, framing and short-form storytelling.
  • Ability to ship on recurring weekly deadlines.
  • Excellent written communication in French (B2/C1 minimum).
  • Curiosity for platform codes (TikTok trends, YouTube hooks).

Nice to have

  • After Effects (light motion design, animated lower-thirds).
  • Advanced color grading (DaVinci Resolve color page).
  • Sound design / SFX libraries (Splice, Epidemic Sound).
