You drive the agency's commercial growth — prospecting, qualifying, closing recurring content production subscriptions.
The role
You work directly with the founders on client acquisition. You prospect DTC brands, e-commerce and B2B SaaS, qualify briefs, present our subscription offers and close recurring contracts. You manage your pipeline in a shared CRM.
Responsibilities
- Prospect 30 to 50 qualified targets per week (LinkedIn, email, events).
- Qualify inbound leads (public briefs, referrals).
- Present offers in video calls + portfolio demos.
- Close monthly subscription contracts (target LTV 12 months+).
- Keep the pipeline clean in the shared CRM.
- Iterate on scripts and messaging with the founders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B sales (agency, SaaS or services).
- Verifiable track record of closing recurring deals.
- Strong command of a modern CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive or equivalent).
- Excellent written and spoken communication in French.
- Full autonomy: you build your pipeline and routines.
- Comfort with numbers and regular reporting.
Nice to have
- Professional English for international brands.
- Background in the social media / content / advertising ecosystem.
- Outbound automation experience (Lemlist, Apollo, Clay).
