The role

You own the recurring graphic output of a brand portfolio. You translate identities into reusable Figma templates, hold consistency across dozens of monthly posts, and collaborate with art directors on more ambitious concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Produce 20 to 40 social visuals per week (carousels, posts, stories).
  • Translate brand identities into maintainable Figma templates.
  • Optimize visuals for each format (1:1, 4:5, 9:16).
  • Maintain a library of reusable components per brand.
  • Collaborate with art directors on more ambitious concepts.
  • Hold recurring weekly deadlines.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in social or editorial graphic design.
  • Strong command of Figma (variants, auto-layout, components).
  • Strong command of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Sense of typography and composition.
  • Ability to ship high volume with consistent quality.
  • Excellent written communication in French.

Nice to have

  • Light motion design (After Effects, Lottie).
  • Vector illustration tools (Affinity).
  • UI/UX sensibility for acquisition landing pages.
